Challenge
The Executive Sales Leadership Team wants to unify how their Sales managers lead the Sales Organization. The goal is to create high-performing teams where leadership is aware that their actions impact their team; therefore, model the behavior you want to see.
Solution
The instructional designer built a 5-series training to increase managers' awareness of their actions and how that impacts their rep's responsibility level. At the end of the training series, managers will utilize the G.R.O.W model in their 1:1 to increase performance and decrease obstacles.

Challenge
The Learning and Development (L&D) Team hired entry-level trainers who do not have experience in using PowerPoint for effective training. Before the training, the new trainers would receive a 35% satisfactory score from vILT sessions. Comments left by attendees focused on slide structure, color, and lack of participation from the audience.
Solution
The L&D Team created a model vILT template that trainers will use to base their slides and engagement with participants. Once the new template was shared and a 10-minute mini-training was given to new trainers on best practices, the satisfaction score for vILT trainers increased by 20%.
