With the influx of new management, Aurora Dynamics made every new manager attend a leadership and coaching conference hosted by Sales Enablement. Upon their return, the executive leadership seeks a continuation of the learning shared in the conference.
Solution
Develop an engaging, scenario-based e-learning module that would serve as practical reinforcement for the concepts presented during the conference and that takes under 10 minutes to complete. The purpose of the micro-learning approach is to:
